I met Weaver once, at a MSOC game. He saw my VPI hat, and

asked where I got it. Said I ordered it online, because VT wouldn't license local firms to make it. He was cordial enough.
I've seen Whit in meetings, have never spoken to him personally. And, my use of surly vice imperious may be a difference without a distinction.
